宫腔镜联合甲氨蝶呤在剖宫产切口瘢痕妊娠引产中的临床效果分析

Analysis Clinical Effect on Hysteroscopy Combine With Methotrexate in Pregnancy Induced Labor in the Cesarean Scar

目的观察分析宫腔镜联合甲氨蝶呤在剖宫产切口瘢痕妊娠引产中的临床效果。方法选择我院住院部所收治的剖宫切口瘢痕妊娠患者60例作为研究对象。随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组在甲氨蝶呤化疗基础之上联合负压吸引清宫术治疗,观察组中采取宫腔镜与甲氨蝶呤联合干预的治疗方案。对两组效果进行观察。结果观察组患者临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,组间数据对比,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论宫腔镜联合甲氨蝶呤治疗剖宫产切口瘢痕妊娠的疗效非常确切,微创方便。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of hysteroscopy combined with methotrexate induced pregnancy in cesarean section scar. Methods Selected 60 cases with cesarean scar pregnancy in our hospital as the research object. Divided into control group and the observation group randomly, each group had 30 cases. The control group on the basis of methotrexate chemotherapy combined with negative pressure suction curettage treatment, treatment group adopted intervention hysteroscopy combined with methotrexate. The effect of the two groups were observed. Results The observation group patients clinical total effective rate was higher than the control group, P〈0.05,had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion Hysteroscopy combine with methotrexate in the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy curative effect is accurate, minimally invasive and convenient.
