82例综合性护理干预对十二指肠溃疡患者的护理有效性

82 Cases of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention Effectiveness for Patients With Duodenal Ulcer Care

目的探讨综合性护理干预对十二指肠溃疡患者的护理有效性。方法选取我院收治的164例十二指肠溃疡患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组接受一般护理,观察组接受综合性护理干预,观察患者的护理效果。结果经过护理后,观察组总有效人数80例,总有效率为97.56%,对照组总有效人数66例,总有效率80.49%,此外,观察组患者治疗依从性较对照组好,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论综合性护理干预可以有效提高十二指肠溃疡患者的依从性,患者积极配合护理,提高临床护理效果。

Objective Analyzed and explore the comprehensive nursing intervention effectiveness for patients with duodenal ulcer care. Methods Selected 164 cases with duodenal ulcer in our hospital and divided into the control group and the observation group, the control group accepted general care, the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention, observation the nursing effect. Results After nursing, the observation group a total of 80 cases effective, the total effective rate was 97.56%, the control group a total of 66 cases effective, total effective rate 80.49%, in addition, the observation group of patient’s treatment adherence was good, P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the duodenal ulcer patients compliance, patients actively cooperate with care, improve the effect of clinical nursing.
