突发性耳聋患者的焦虑抑郁分析及护理研究

Nursing Study and Analysis of Sudden Deafness Patient With Anxiety and Depression

目的 分析突发性耳聋患者的焦虑抑郁情况,研究护理措施及护理效果。方法 选取2014年3月-2015年2月在我院接受治疗的42例突发性耳聋患者的临床资料以及护理资料进行回顾性分析,对患者的焦虑抑郁情况进行分析并总结护理措施。结果 经过一段时间的护理后,患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪有所改善,SAS、SDS评分护理前后对比,P〈0.05,差异显著具有统计学意义。结论 突发性耳聋患者的焦虑抑郁情况较为严重,对患者采取系统连续性的护理措施能够改善患者的焦虑抑郁程度,对提高治疗效果以及患者的生活质量具有重要的临床意义。

Objective Analysis the anxiety and depression in patients with sudden deafness cases were analysis, study nursing measure and nursing effect. Methods Selected 42 cases with sudden deafness clinical and nursing data from March 2014 to February 2015 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed, the patient＇s anxiety and depression were analyzed and summarized nursing. Results After a period of care, patient anxiety, depression improved, SAS, SDS scores before and after treatment were different, P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion The case of anxiety and depression in patients with sudden deafness is more serious, systematic continuity of patient care measures can significantly improve the degree of depression and anxiety in patients, to improve treatment and quality of life of patients has important clinical signiifcance.
