乳腺癌患者的围手术护理探析

To Explore the Perioperative Nursing of Breast Cancer Patients

目的 探究乳腺癌患者的围手术护理方法及效果。方法 搜集2013年12月-2014年12月我院乳腺癌58例患者,根据围手术护理方法不同分为两组,即甲组（常规护理）与乙组（舒适护理）,各29例。观察甲组与乙组的护理效果,并比较分析。结果 与甲组相比,乙组并发症的发生率较低,满意度较高,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论 乳腺癌患者围手术期舒适护理效果较好,对减少并发症、提高满意度有较大意义。

Objective To explore the perioperative nursing methods and the effect of breast cancer patients. Methods Selected 58 cases with breast cancer from December 2013 to December 2014 from, according to the perioperative nursing method were divided into two groups, namely group A （usual care） and group B （comfortable nursing）, each group had 29 cases, group A division and in the nursing effect of group B, and comparative analysis. Results Group B had lower the incidence of complications and higher satisfaction rate compared with the group A, P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion Breast cancer patients perioperative comfortable nursing effect is good, have a great signiifcance to reduce the complications and improve satisfaction.
