优质护理在急性创伤性休克急诊治疗中的应用分析

Application Analysis of High Quality Nursing Care in Emergency Treatment of Acute Traumatic Shock

目的 探究优质护理在急性创伤性休克急诊治疗中的应用效果以及患者对护理的满意度。方法 选取2013年5月-2014年5月在我院就诊的急性创伤性休克患者120例,随机分为常规组与优质组,各60例。其中常规组给予常规护理干预,优质组在常规组基础上实施优质护理,对两组护理效果进行观察分析。结果 优质组临床效果高于常规组临床效果。优质组抢救成功率93.3%高于常规组,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义,优质组患者满意度96.7%高于常规组,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论 优质护理在急性创伤性休克急诊治疗中的应用提高临床抢救成功率。

Objective To explore the quality of nursing in emergency treatment of acute traumatic shock the application effect of nursing and patient’s satisfaction. Methods Selected 120 patients with acute traumatic shock from May 2013 to May 2014 in our hospital, divided into normal group and the high quality group randomly, each group had 60 cases. The normal group was given routine nursing intervention, on the basis of high quality in the regular group implement high quality nursing, observation analysis was carried out on the effect of two groups of nursing. The results of high quality clinical effect was higher than normal group in clinical effect. Results High quality group success rate was 93.3% higher than normal group, P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance, Patient satisfaction 96.7%quality group was higher than the conventional group, P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion High quality nursing care in acute traumatic shock, the application of emergency treatment can improve the clinical rescue the success rate.
