全程护理在改善住院急性阑尾炎患者生存质量中的效果观察

Observation Effect on The Whole Nursing Uality of Life Improve the Hospitalized Patients With Acute Appendicitis

目的探讨全程护理对改善住院急性阑尾炎患者生存质量的影响。方法按照护理方式的不同将98例急性阑尾炎患者分为观察组和对照组,分别行全程护理与常规护理,对比两组护理效果。结果观察组患者生存质量、住院时间及住院费用均优于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论针对住院急性阑尾炎患者实施全程护理干预可改善患者生存质量。

Objective To investigate the effect on The whole nursing quality of life improve the hospitalized patients with acute appendicitis. Methods According to the different nursing methods of 98 cases with acute appendicitis were divided into observation group and control group respectively, for the whole nursing and routine nursing care, compared two groups of nursing effect. Results The observation group life quality, hospitalization time and cost were better than the control group, P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion The implementation of the whole nursing intervention can improve patients＇ quality of life in patients with acute appendicitis.
