护理配合在门诊患者上消化道超声内镜检查的应用效果观察

Observation Application Effect of Nursing Cooperation in Clinic Patients With Upper Gastrointestinal Endoscopic Ultrasonography Examination

目的 分析研究护理配合在门诊患者上消化道超声内镜检查的应用效果。方法 随机选择2014年1月-2015年1月间于本院门诊进行上消化道超声内镜检查的100例患者作为本次研究对象,根据随机原则分组,对照组及实验组各50例。对照组患者在检查期进行常规护理。实验组患者则在常规护理的基础上进行护理配合。结果 对比两组患者的配合率、舒适度以及护理满意度等指标,观察组均具有优异性,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论 对门诊进行上消化道超声内镜检查的患者在常规护理的基础上进行护理配合可有效提高患者的检查配合度和患者的舒适度以及护理满意度。

Objective To study the application effect of nursing cooperation in clinic patients with upper gastrointestinal endoscopic ultrasonography examination. Methods Randomly selected 100 patients with upper gastrointestinal endoscopic ultrasonography examination from January 2014 to January 2014 outpatients in our hospital as the research object, according to the principle of random grouping, 50 cases of control group and experimental group. The control group with routine nursing care during the inspection period. The experimental group were conducted on the basis of conventional nursing care. Results The comparison of two groups of patients with rate, comfort and nursing satisfaction index, the observation group have obvious superior, P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion The outpatient service for upper gastrointestinal tract endoscopic ultrasonography examination conducted on the basis of conventional nursing care in patients with can improve the patient＆#39;s cooperation degree examination and improve patient comfort and nursing satisfaction.
