探讨情志护理在脑外伤患者心理和感情障碍康复中的应用

To Explore the Application of Emotions Nursing in Patients With Cerebral Trauma of Psychological and Emotional Obstacle Recovery

目的探讨情志护理在脑外伤患者心理和感情障碍康复中的应用效果。方法选取脑外伤患者200例,随机分为观察组与对照组各100例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施情志护理,比较两组心理与感情障碍康复情况。结果治疗前,对比两组患者SAS、SDS评分,P>0.05,差异不具有统计学意义;治疗后,观察组患者的SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。此外,观察组患者护理满意率高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论对脑外伤患者实施情志护理可有效改善患者心理不良情绪,提高患者护理满意率。

Objective To explore the application of emotions nursing in patients with cerebral trauma of psychological and emotional obstacle recovery. Methods Selected 200 cases with cerebral trauma were divided into observation group and the control group randomly, each group has 100 cases. The control group adopt routine nursing, the observation group adopt modern nursing, compared two groups of psychological and emotional disorder recovery. Results Before treatment, compared two groups of patients with SAS, SDS score, P〉0.05, had no difference statistically signiifcance, After treatment, the observation group of patients with SAS, SDS score was lower than the control group, P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance. In addition, the observation group of patients nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group, P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion The implement of modern nursing in patients with cerebral trauma can effectively improve the patients psychological feelings and patients satisfaction.
