管理循环法在护理管理中的应用效果分析

Analysis Application Effect of Management Cycle Method in Nursing Management

目的 探讨分析管理循环法在护理管理中的应用效果。方法 对我院2010年1月-2011年12月期间的临床护士与住院患者进行研究,在护理管理中应用管理循环法,观察对比管理循环法应用前后的护理合格率。结果 应用管理循环法之前的护理合格率为80%,应用管理循环法之后的护理合格率为97%,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论在护理管理中应用管理循环法,可以有效提高护理管理效率、医院整体护理水平及患者护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the application effect of Management cycle method in nursing management. Methods The clinical nurses from 2010 January to December 2011 in our hospital to study, application management method in nursing management, nursing before and after the management cycle method qualified rate. Results Before the application of management circulation nursing qualified rate was 80%, after the application of nursing management method of the qualified rate was 97%, P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion The application of management method in nursing management can effectively improve the overall level of nursing care and patients＆#39; satisfaction, hospital nursing management efficiency.
