神经系统副肿瘤综合征的临床特征 被引量：2

摘要 神经系统副肿瘤综合征（PNS）是指机体恶性肿瘤或潜在的恶性肿瘤所产生的间接或远隔效应，导致的神经系统病变。它可影响神经系统的任何一个部位，中枢神经系统、周围神经、神经—肌肉接头处或肌肉均可出现病变，症状和体征是多种多样的，主要取决于受损的部位。因此临床表现不典型、多样化，易导致早期漏诊、误诊。本文回顾总结近2年来我院确诊的4例PNS患者，并复习近年国内外相关文献，探讨其临床特征，为PNS的早期诊断，减少误诊提供依据。
