摘要
BIM技术以计算机信息技术为基础,纵向将建设全过程,横向将建设参与各方、建筑产品各组成部分及参与要素的所有信息转化成计算机中的三维的、共享的数据模型。BIM技术在全过程工程造价管理中的应用大大提高了工程建设各阶段工程造价确定的速度与准确度,落实了工程建设各阶段工程造价控制的效果。
BIM technology based on the computer information technology, turns all the information which covers project participants Laterally and construction products elements vertically ,into the three-dimensional, shared data model. BIM technology application in the whole process project cost management greatly improve the speed and accuracy of construction cost determining,improve the effect of construction cost controlling in different stages of the construction project.
