摘要
本文分析了离心铸造耐热合金炉管HP40Nb的焊接性,采用手工TIG平焊(水平位置,管子匀速转动)。打底焊采用英国Metrode公司生产的20.70Nb焊丝,填充焊时采用安泰科技股份公司生产的25-35Nb焊丝的焊接工艺,焊接了外径为125mm,壁厚为11mm的HP40Nb炉管对接接头,并对焊接接头的组织和力学性能进行了分析,分析结果表明焊接接头质量和性能满足要求。
This paper analyzed the weldability of centrifugally casted HP-40Nb heat resistant alloy pipe. Using manual TIG welding (horizontal position, the uniform rotation) for the specifications of the furnace tube φ 125 × 11mm. Backing welding by British Metrode company production of 20.70Nb wire,Welding with Advancd Technology & Materials Co.,Ltd.Inc.production of 25-35Nb wire.The mechanical properties and the microstructures of the welded joints were examined.And analysis results showed that the welding joint quality and performance meet the requirements.
