聚氨酯座椅发泡模具防粘涂料性能研究 被引量:2

The Performance Study of Anti-Sticking Coatings Applied in Polyurethane Seat Foaming Moulds

摘要 通过对比四种配方防粘涂料的物理性能,结果表明:自制三氟氯乙烯-羟烷基乙烯基醚共聚物基(FEVE)涂料具有较好的脱模能力,FEVE基防粘涂层及聚四氟乙烯基(PTFE)防粘涂层的接触角明显低于含氟丙烯酸类防粘涂层的接触角,而脱模力小于其他两种配方的脱模力,FEVE基防粘涂料的摩擦性能略好于PTFE基的摩擦性能,而固化温度FEVE基防粘涂料最低。 The physical properties of four kinds of anti-sticking coating formula were compared, and the results indicated that the self-made FEVE coating exhibited excellent demolding ability. The results showed that the contact angles of anti-sticking coatings made of FEVE and PTFE were lower than those made of fluorine-containing acrylate coatings. The de-mold forcing of anti-sticking coatings made of FEVE and PTFE were lower than the other two formula. The friction properties of the FEVE based anti-sticking coatings were slightly better than the PTFE based friction properties. While the curing temperature of FEVE based anti-sticking coating was the lowest.
