摘要
研制国家标准物质样品的均匀、稳定是关键,但样品的定值和不确定度评定在标准物质的研制及水平的体现中起到了至关重要的作用,因此标准物质研制的定值准确和不确定评定的合理是标准物质研制极其重要的环节。经过样品的筛选确定候选物、通过稳定性与均匀性检验、联合15个实验室定值、评定不确定度、申报国家标准物质等工作,研制成了异戊橡胶IR 60、IR 80两种门尼粘度国家标准物质。在0.05显著水平下,异戊橡胶IR 60、IR 80国家门尼粘度标准物质的定值结果呈现正态分布、无可疑值并等精度,定值结果的总平均值则为该标准物质的标准值。异戊橡胶IR 60、IR 80在ML(1+4)100℃下的标准值分别为66.3±1.1、81.9±1.4。
The homogeneity and stability of certified reference material are crucial, but the certification and the uncertainty evaluation of sample play an important role on studying and reflecting the level of reference material. Therefore, the accuracy of certification and the rationality of uncertainty evaluation are an important link. First determined the candidate of IR60 and IR80, then the uniformity and stability are tested, the normal values were obtained by the combined 15 laboratories, evaluated the uncertainty, and declared the standard substance etc. When the significant level was 0.05, the results of certification were normal distribution, no dubious value and in equal precision, and the average was normal value, the nominal values of IR 60 and IR 80 at ML(I+4)100 ℃ were 66.3 ± 1.1 and 81.9 ±1.4.
