摘要
用二甲胺水溶液、结晶乙酸钠、氯乙酰氯合成2-氯-N,N-二甲基乙酰胺,用正交实验的方法对合成工艺进行了优化。结果表明,最优工艺参数为三物料的摩尔比为1:1.1:1.2,反应温度为20℃,反应时间为1h。
With aqueous solution of dimethylamine, the crystallization of sodium acetate, chloroacetyl chloride to synthesis 2-chloro-N,N-dimethyl acetam-ide,using orthogonal experiment method to optimize the synthetic process, the results showed that the optimal technological parameter for the three material mole ratio was 1:1.1:1.2, the reaction temperature was 20 ~C, the reaction time was 1 h.
