尿素中缩二脲含量测定标准曲线的评价

摘要 紫外-可见分光光度法测定有色物质含量时,需先建立标准曲线,在标准曲线上读取被测样品吸光度对应的值,通过计算求出其含量。标准曲线的准确与否直接影响测定结果,本文对尿素中缩二脲含量测定建立的标准曲线进行线性检验、截距检验和斜率检验,标准曲线的线性关系很好、标准曲线无显著性差异、斜率的相对极差值小,尿素中缩二脲含量测定建立的标准曲线准确,可以确保其测定结果准确、可靠,在日常检验中可以直接使用。 It should first establish the standard curve, when UV-Vis spectrophotometric method determine content of coloured materials, then read the corresponding absorbance, finally calculated the content. The accuracy of standard curve directly affected the results. In this article, standard curve ofbiuret content in urea was built, and linear, intercept and slope of it were tested, there were good linear relationship, no significant differences and small relative range of slope, the curve was accurate. The result obtained by it was accurate, and it could be used directly in the daily inspection.
