摘要
人才培养模式的要素包括培养目标、过程、制度和评价。文章分析了高校中主要群体对于人才培养期望值与实际值的差异。实证研究得出,高校中的两大主体(教师、学生)存在着个体差异,对人才培养的评价存在着不同,但对人才培养整体的评价差异并不显著。另外,在构成人才培养模式的四个要素中,培养过程最为重要,其次是制度。
Training mode is composed of four elements:the training objectives , training process , training systems and the training evaluation .This paper analyses the differences between the expectations of major groups in college for personnel training and the actual value .The empirical investigation shows that there are individual differences between teachers and students.In the composition of personnel training mode , teachers and students have different opinions on the evaluation of the training mode , but the differences on the whole are not significant .Among the four elements , the training process is the most important , followed by the system .
