摘要
集装箱码头装卸操作的重要机械工具为岸桥和集卡,而二者装卸工艺的配置也直接影响码头的整个装卸活动的生产效率。结合现代集装箱码头先进的装卸技术和管理信息水平,探讨集装箱码头应对大型船舶的新装卸工艺,提出集装箱码头单船舶的异贝位混合装卸作业的调度方法,以岸桥和集装箱卡车运作时间最短为目标建立数学模型,运用Lingo软件将算例数据进行编程求解运算得出优化方案,并考查异贝位同步装卸作业调度方法的有效性与实用性。
The allocation of quay cranes and container trucks is related to the efficiency of the container terminal which is important to the handling of container .Combining advanced loading and unloading technology of modern container terminal , the new container handling technology of container terminal which copes with the large ship was discussed , and the method of synchronized loading and unloading container operations in different ship -bays for a landing ship was provided .With the objective of minimizing the operation time of the quay cranes and the container trucks , an optimization model was estab-lished.Lingo software was put forward for solving the problem .The efficiency and practicality of the proposed method were verified.
