摘要
此设计在PCB上利用焊盘制作的触摸按键来构成触摸区域,实现触摸手写板的硬件设计。设计采用低功耗的MSP4302553作为手写板触摸检测核心,通过实验研究的方法 ,分析了PCB板上触摸按键尺寸和触摸板分辨率,按键到控制器的布线方式和距离,以及按键相互之间距离对手写检测的影响。在单个触摸按键准确检测的基础上,选择合适的参数完成了手写板设计,实现了对用户手写输入信息二值图像的准确获取。在PCB上设计触摸手写板,具有设计简单、造价低、耐磨损、不易损坏的特点。
This paper use the pad making touch keys to form a touch area on the PCB ,to realize the hardware design of touch tablet.The design use the low power MSP4302553 as the core tablet touch detection.Through the experimental study method , This paperanalysis of the effect of the touch key sizes and touch panel resolution , the distance from pad to controllerand routing mode, and the distance between the keys on the handwriting detection.On the basis of the accurate detection of single touch key,we select the appropriate parameters of handwritten board design, and accurately acquiring handwritten input information of the two value image of users.Designing of touch tablet on PCB,has the characteristics of simple design, low cost, abrasion resistance, not easy to be damaged.
