This paper introduces the main structure of the rotor bracket for large hydro generators and discussion on the overall technical scheme of rotor bracket rib processing on site. Finally, the processing and machining tools are introduced in detail along with the actual situation of our factory for the in-situ bracl^et rib processing for the large-sized hydro generator rotors of Three Gorges Hydro-power Plant and Xiluodu hydro-power Plant.
