摘要
随着目前国内的许多油田尤其是老油田DCS中控系统严重老化问题的出现,需要对原有旧DCS中控系统进行更换。为了不影响油田企业效益,该文提出用不停产的更换方式对DCS中控系统进行升级改造。详细阐述了不停产升级改造的关键步骤包括临时控制系统搭建、旧系统切换到临时控制系统以及新系统的投入等过程。
Abstract：With the current many oil fields especially old oil fields serious aging problem in DCS control system,we need to replace the old original DCS control system. In order not to affect the efficiency of oil field enterprise,this paper put forward an upgrade of the DCS control system in a replacement way without stopping production,and described in detail of the key procedures of the upgrading in non-suspend production including building temporary control system switching to the temoorary control system from old system and the new system process inputing.
