摘要 目的 :研制一种用于实验鼠批量均匀辐射实验的固定装置,以防其行动干扰辐射实验研究。方法 :根据实验鼠的形体大小分为小鼠固定装置和大鼠固定装置2个型号,由圆筒状壳体、圆形盖板、水滴状装鼠腔体、通孔、螺纹孔及螺栓构成。圆形盖板采用热塑网状材质,圆筒状壳体和装鼠腔体均采用内壁光滑、透明的材质。结果:使用该固定装置能够一次固定12只小鼠或6只大鼠,且各实验鼠接受的辐射剂量相等。结论:该固定装置结构简单、操作简便、成本低廉,且可以重复使用,值得在临床推广。 Objective To develop a fastening device to eliminate the influences of the mouse or rat's motion on the results uniform radiation test. Methods The device had two sizes for the mouse and rat respectively, which consisted of a cylinder-like cage, a round coverplate, a droplet-like chamber holding the mouse or rat, through holes, threaded holes and bolts. The coverplate was made of thermoplastic reticular material, and the cage and chamber was made of transparent material with smooth wall. Results The device could fasten 12 mice or 6 rats in one time, with the radiation dose evenly distributed to the mice or rats. Conclusion The device has simple structure, easy operation and low cost, and thus is worthy popularizing clinically.
