目的 :实现当临床路径执行过程中出现变异时,通过信息化手段对变异进行有效的管理,避免医护人员随意退出路径,提高临床路径执行效率。方法:结合医院实际情况对变异率较高的原因进行分析,找出影响变异率高的原因,基于动态选路算法不断对临床路径进行改进和完善。结果:变异管理系统确保临床路径体现其核心价值,使其健康持续地发展,并且最大限度地提高患者的满意度。结论:临床路径变异管理系统能对变异进行有效的干预,从而提高路径完成率和医疗服务质量。

Objective To implement informatized management of clinical pathway variations to prevent medical staff from logging out of the pathway freely. Methods The causes for the variations were found out, and dynamic routing algorithm was used for continuous improvement of clinical pathway. Results The variations management system contributed to the enhanced clinical pathway and patient satisfaction. Conclusion The system responds to the variations effectively, and thus can improve the implementation of clinical pathway and medical service.
