多参数监护仪质量控制检测研究

Quality control testing of multi-parameter monitor

目的 :对多参数监护仪进行质量控制检测,掌握监护仪的性能状况,提高其临床使用的安全性。方法 :使用瑞典ALK多参数患者模拟器(AMPS-1)、无创血压质量检测仪(BP-SIM)、血氧饱和度检测仪(OXITEST PLUS7)检测某院2011—2013年281台监护仪的心率、血压、血氧等参数。结果:2011年合格率为79.2%,2012年合格率为90.1%,2013年合格率为95.6%。结论 :质量控制检测和日常维修保养有机结合有助于提高医疗设备合格率,保证医疗设备的正常运行。

Objective To enhance clinical safety of multi-parameter monitor by quality control testing. Methods Totally281 monitors in some hospital were tested with AMPS-1 Multi-parameter Patient Simulator, BP-SIM Hand-held NIBP Simulator and OXITEST PLUS7 Pulse Oximeter Tester in 2011, 2012 and 2013. Results The percent of pass was 79.2%in 2011, 90.1% in 2012 and 95.6% in 2013. Conclusion The percent of pass of medical equipment may be enhanced by quality control testing combined with daily maintenance.
