The problems of medical X-ray equipment in the primary military unit were introduced from the aspects of personnel, equipment, protection, maintenance, etc. The causes for the problems were analyzed, and then some suggestions were proposed to make full use of medical X-ray equipment in the primary military unit, such as strengthening profession management, normalizing equipment maintenance and taking considerations to peacetime and wartime requirements.
