医院内培养生物医学工程研究生的思考

Consideration about postgraduate cultivation of biomedical engineering in hospital

生物医学工程的发展日新月异,然而,现有的在理工科院校以及医学院培养相关研究生的模式,难以为社会输送既懂医学又有扎实工科功底的出色的专业人才。在医院内培养研究生,可以大幅缩短临床与工程之间的距离,但是这种模式并不常见,尤其国内更是罕有。因而本文对医院内培养研究生的模式进行探讨,分析其优势和不足,确定培养目标,并提出了相应的培养方法。作为一种新的尝试,本文的工作对生物医学工程人才的培养将具有一定借鉴作用。

Biomedical engineering is developing rapidly .However , its postgraduate cultivation modes in medical colleges and universities of science and engineering cannot provide excellent professionals who are good at both clinic and engineering .The long distance between clinic and engineering might be remarkably shortened by cultivating postgraduates in hospitals .Nevertheless , this mode is rarely used , especially in China . Therefore, in this study we discuss the cultivation mode in hospitals , analyze its advantages and disadvantages , determine the cultivating aims and provide corresponding cultivation methods .As an attempt , our work might be valuable for the cultivation of talents in biomedical engineering .
