摘要
采用燃烧法制备了钇稳定的氧化锆纳米晶粉体,用X-线衍射、红外光谱、扫描电镜和热重分析对产物进行了表征并研究了最佳制备条件。结果表明:当Y3+的添加量为Zr4+和Y3+总摩尔质量的8%、甘氨酸与金属离子总摩尔质量之比为2∶1,900℃煅烧时,所得最终产物经表征为二氧化锆,其晶粒度为8 nm,在中高温下可处于稳定状态;该条件下制备的纳米晶粒具有结晶度较高、粒度均一、分散性好、堆叠密度低的特点。
Nanoscale yttria stabilized zirconia ( YSZ) powders were prepared by glycine -nitrate com-bustion treatment , and the optimum preparation conditions were studied by powder X -ray diffrac-tion, infrared spectroscope , scanning electron microscope and hermo Gravimetric .The optimal con-ditions are:being calcined at 900℃ ; the average powder size is about 8nm calculated from XRD spectra at the conditions of Mglycine:MZr4++MY3+=2∶1, MY3+: (MZr4++MY3+) =8%.The powder indicates high degree of crystallinity , uniform particle size , good dispersion and low stacking density .
