西宁地区冬季室内漳州水仙催花温度与花期预测

摘要 为了解不同催花温度下漳州水仙在元旦、春节开放的花前期天数和观赏器官生长情况,以提供准确的催花时间,本试验模拟西宁地区冬季室内4种平均温度(8,18,20,22℃)作为催花处理温度,对不同催花温度下花期和观赏性状进行比较。结果表明:催花温度与花前期天数呈高度负相关,花前期最长达42 d(8℃),最短只有20 d(22℃);催花温度与叶片长度、花葶长度呈高度正相关,叶片长度与花葶长度分别可达49.11 cm(22℃)和46.11 cm(22℃);催花温度与花期长度、单球花枝数和单枝小花数成二次函数拟合模型,最高分别可达24 d(8℃)、3.4支(18℃)和12.33朵(18℃)。通过催花温度与各性状的相关分析,建立了西宁地区冬季室内水仙栽培花前期天数及生长预测模型,可以通过室内平均温度预测花前期、花期和生长量。 Four temperatures of Xining indoor in winter (8 ℃, 18 ℃, 20 ℃, 22 ℃) were used as forcing temperatures , pre-flowering days and ornamental organs of the Narcissus before New Year's Day and the Spring Festival were discussed , so that provided an accurate flower forcing temperature and flower forcing time for two festivals .The result showed that forcing temperature and pre -flower-ing days were highly negative correlated , longest pre-flowering days were 42 days(8℃) and shor-test were 20 days ( 22 ℃) .Positive correlation was observed between forcing temperature and leaf length, flower stem length.Leaf length and flower stem length reached to 49.11cm and 46.11cm under 22℃treatment , respectively .Quadratic function models were predicted for flower forcing tem -perature and flowering days , single ball flower count and single floret number , which reached as many as 24(8 ℃), 3.4(18℃) and 12.33(22℃).According to correlation between forcing tem-perature and investigated traits , the prediction models of pre -flowering days and ornamental char-acter of Narcissus tazetta var.chinensis planted in indoor of winter season were established .
