教育均衡发展背景下晋南地区城乡小学体育师资配置差异研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用文献资料、问卷调查等方法,通过对晋南地区城乡小学体育师资配置情况进行了调查.结果显示:晋南地区城市和农村小学体育师资在基本情况、职业发展方面存在差异;城市小学体育教师在学历、职称、年龄结构、女教师比例、科研条件、教学态度、其他福利待遇等方面明显优于农村小学.针对实际存在的问题,提出了切实可行的建议,以改善目前不容乐观的青少年体质健康状况,为达到城乡的教育均衡发展和教育公平做出努力. Using a variety of research methods,such as material reference,questionnaires to investigate the configuration of physical education teachers of urban and rural primary schools in Jinnan district. Results show that urban and rural primary schools' physical education teachers in Jinnan district are different in the basic information and career development; the urban primary schools ' teachers are obviously more superior than rural primary schools' in many aspects,such as educational background,job title,age structure,the proportion of female teachers,conditions of research,teaching attitude,and other aspects of welfare. Aiming at these real existence issues,this essay made the following recommendations,to improve the less- optimistic teenagers' physical health status,furthermore,to achieve balanced development of urban and rural education and education fairness.
