Application of BOG Conpressors in the LNG Tank Uhload System

为减少常规LNG槽车卸车方式存在的缺陷带来的损失,在储配站搭建了一套基于BOG气体压缩机的LNG槽车卸车系统。结合无锡新区储配站具体实例,介绍了此套卸车系统的组成、工作流程以及系统搭建过程中改造工程的实施方案。最后结合此系统具体的运行监测数据,对系统的经济性进行了深入分析,总结了系统运行过程的优势与不足。

A set of LNG tank unload system based on BOG Compressors has been established to reduce the loss caused by defects of traditional LNG tank unload system. Combined with the example of the storage ＆ distribution station in Wuxi New District, the composition of the system is introduced, and advantages and disadvantages by analyzing its economics are summarized as well.
