摘要
自主学习能力指学习者在已有知识经验的基础上,运用一定的学习策略,相对独立地进行学习和管理自己学习的一种综合学习能力。它包括自我计划能力、自我选择能力、自我调控能力、信息处理能力、交流协作能力、自我评价能力和知识运用能力。提高成人的自主学习能力,不仅是适应网络时代教与学新兴模式的需要,满足成人个体终身学习、自我发展的需要,也是促进社会发展、推动终身教育和学习型社会早日实现的需要。
Autonomous learning ability refers to the ability of learners on the basis of the existing knowledge and experience to study and manage their learning independently by using some learning strategies. It includes self plan ability, self choice, self control ability, information processing ability, communication cooperation ability, self assessment and knowledge application ability. To enhance adult autonomous learning ability not only meets the needs of the new teaching and learning mode in network era, and the needs of the adult individual' s lifelong learning and personal development, but also promotes social development, the life-long education and the realization of learning society.
