On Realization of Learning Support Services in Higher Vocational Post Internship Stage

顶岗实习是高职人才培养的重要组成部分,它的成效越来越受到社会的关注。文章从高职顶岗实习的现状出发,借鉴远程教育学习支持服务理论和实践,分析了高职在顶岗实习阶段实现学习支持服务的需求和可能,提出了实现学习支持服务的方法、路径。

The post internship is an important part of higher vocational talent training, whose success has been put great attention by the society. Starting from the present situation of higher vocational post internship, and drawing on the experience of distance education learning support service theory and practice, this paper analyzes the need and possibility of learning support services in the internship stage, and puts forward the implementation methods and ways of learning support services.
