Construction and Implementation of Evaluation System of Employment Quality for Ethnic Universities and Colleges

随着高等教育模式以及大学生就业环境的变化,民族院校大学生就业质量问题越来越受到关注,就业质量评价体系是开展就业评价的标准和依据。对就业质量及其评价的相关概念进行界定,构建民族院校大学生就业质量评价指标体系,提出民族院校就业质量评价的实施步骤以及改进评价工作的建议。

With the mode of education and the environment of employment changes ,the quality of employment of students in ethnic universities and colleges are a growing concern .The evaluation system of employment quality is the standard for estimating .On the basis of some relevant concepts ,this article constructs an evaluation system of employ-ment quality for the students in ethnic universities and colleges ,and proposes the implementation steps and the sugges-tions for improvement .
