寒冷地区冬季库外洗车技术研究

The Research of Train Washing Technology without Train Equipment Warehouse in the Cold Area

目前在北方地区机车、动车洗车需要建洗车库,洗车作业繁琐,效率低,且安全隐患多。有关专家一直在研究解决寒冷地区不建库洗车的方法,但均达不到理想的效果。本研究通过试验和技术分析,解决了冰点洗车的技术难题,研发出了冰点洗车设备。现场试验结果表明,该设备完全能够满足相关技术要求。

At present, in the northern region washing train needs to build the train equipment warehouse. The washing operation is complex, low efficiency, and with many safety problems. Experts have been committed to solve these problems without building train equipment warehouse, but can not reach the ideal effect. The technical problems of washing train in freezing point was solved by analysis of the test and the technology, and the washing equipment was developed. Field test results show that, the equipment can fully meet the relevant technical requirements.
