摘要 在风电机组的整体有限元分析中,重要且困难的部分是对主要部件之间的连接螺栓进行极限强度和疲劳寿命有限元分析。文章介绍风电机组螺栓连接参数化有限元分析流程,并以轮毂与叶片连接螺栓为例详细介绍分析流程中的各个步骤,最后简单介绍如何联合VBA和APDL进行分析流程中所需的二次开发。 In finite element analysis of wind turbines, the important and difficult part is to do ultimate strength and fatigue life FEA of bolted connections between main components. In this article, the analysis flow of parametrized FEA for bolted connections of wind turbines is introduced, and the bolted connection of hub and blade is taken as an example to describe in detail various procedures in the analysis flow. At last, the way of combining VBA and APDL to do necessary second development in the analysis flow is described.
