摘要
通过化学成分分析、宏观金相检验和扫描电镜检查,对某公司生产的TC4方钢的常规力学性能未能达标的原因进行了分析。结果表明:该方钢力学性能未能达标的主要原因是该方钢在锻造时内部温度偏低、变形量不足,造成内部初生α相比例偏高,且方钢内部明显片状组织,导致方钢力学性能未能达到预定要求。
The cause of unqualified mechanical properties of blade blank made by TC4-DT titanium is analyzed by several means, such as chemical test, metallographic test and SEM. Results show that fiat swaged deformation and lower forging temperature lead to proportion of primary ot phase on the high side, which is the main cause of the unqualified mechanical property of blade blank.
