摘要 文章介绍了一种重型燃机叶片用硅基陶瓷型芯制备方法,测试了型芯显气孔率、吸水率、体积密度、抗弯强度和热变形性能。结果表明,制备的硅基陶瓷型芯显气孔率为32%~36%,吸水率为21%~24%,体积密度为1.48~1.56 g/cm^3,室温强度为15~25 MPa,1 450℃高温强度为18~26 MPa,热变形量小于0.3 mm,满足燃机叶片精密铸造要求。 Preparation of silica-based ceramic core for IGT was introduced in this paper, and the apparent porosity, water absorbili- ty, bulk density, flexural strength and deformation were investigated. It was shown that the apparent porosity was 32%-36%, the water absorbility was 21%~24%, the bulk density was 1.48-1.56 g/cm^3, the room temperature flexural strength was 15~25 MPa, the 1 450℃ flexural strength was 18-26 MPa, the deformation was less than 0.3 mm, which were good for investment casting of IGT.
