摘要
文章采用DSPTMS320LF2407A数字控制芯片,利用SPWM工作原理,通过调节臭氧发生器测控电源的放电频率实现对放电功率的调整,从而实现臭氧产量的控制。文中给出了臭氧发生器测控电源的设计思想,设计了臭氧发生器测控电源的主控电路和实现电路以及关键工艺参数,并描绘出了实测的臭氧产量与频率、功率之间的关系图。
According to the principles of SPWM, using DSPTMS320LF2407A, the output power of ozone producer can be controlled through adjusting the frequency of the SPWM to implement the maximum power output, the highest reliability. The paper describes the design idea and the main control circuit and the implement circuit of the whole controllable power system, draws the relation diagrams between ozone output and frequency ozone output and power value.
