我国体育产业基地竞争力评价指标体系研究

国家体育产业基地,是我国为推动体育产业专业化发展,建设体育强国的重要战略举措。体育产业基地建设的核心问题是如何持续提升其竞争力水平。以波特钻石模型为基础,结合国内典型体育产业基地实践,归纳影响体育产业基地竞争力的主要因素,分别从产业规划定位、自身资源优势、体育产业支撑、目标消费群体、政府相关支持五个方面,构建体育产业基地竞争力评价指标体系,为合理评价体育产业基地竞争力状况,推动国家体育产业基地遴选与认证的规范化,持续提升体育产业基地竞争力提供参考。

The national bases of sports industry are an important strategic measure of our country to promote professional development of sports industry and build a powerful sports country. The key for the construction of sports industry bases is how to improve its compet- itiveness level continually. Based on the Porter diamond model, in combination with practice in typical domestic sports industry bases, summarizing the main factors influencing the competitiveness of sports industry bases, a competitiveness evaluation index system is constructed respectively from five aspects as industrial planning and positioning, advantage of its own resources, support of sports in- dustry, group of target consumers, and relevant support from the government, and thus to provide reference for rational evaluation of competitiveness of sports industry bases, promote the standardization of selection and certification of national sports industry bases, and continue to promote the competitiveness of sports industry bases.
