The fire control education at a normal colleges is an important means to enhance the universal quality of fire safety and an effective way to improve the ability to prevent a fire in the whole society. Taking the pilot work of fire control education in Guangxi Province at normal colleges as an example,the paper analyzes the practical significance of this work,and summarizes the work experience. Some suggestions are offered about promoting the fire education.
