Research on Evaluation of Equipment's Contribution to System Warfighting

新型武器装备体系贡献度是衡量武器系统在体系作战中所发挥作用的关键指标,军方和工业部门对其都非常关注。论文剖析了体系贡献度的基本概念,界定了其内涵和分类,厘清了其概念本质,提出了开展体系贡献评估工作需要遵循的5项基本原则,探索了基于现有方法开展体系贡献度评估的可能性,最后提出了评估工作开展需把握的几个关键问题。

Equipment’s contribution to system warfighting（CSW）is a main index to measure if equipment plays a big role to system warfighting.Both the military and the industry department pay more attention to it.In this paper,the conception of CSW is researched,which makes its connotation and classify more clear.5 basic principles are given to conduct how to do its evaluation.Then feasi-bility of using now available methods is studied.Finally,some main problems are given to help set-tling some troubles.
