基于WSR的部队装备安全管理体系构建

Construction of WSR-based Military Equipment Security Management System

针对部队装备安全管理存在的现实问题,运用系统工程理论中"物理-事理-人理(WSR)"分析方法对问题产生的原因进行了剖析,建立了部队装备安全管理问题分析WSR结构图。最后,从部队装备安全管理体系的目标、功能、结构和运行等4个方面对部队装备安全管理体系进行了设计。

In this paper the practical problems about the military equipment security are analyzed. The paper identifies the cause of these problems based on the Wuli-Shili-Renli （WSR）method and ac-cordingly establishes a WSR structural diagram for analysis on management of equipment security in the PLA.In the end,the paper designs an equipment security management system of the PLA in four aspects including objectives,functions,structure and operatio.
