信息化条件下陆军通用装备维修保障资源优化配置策略研究

Research on Optimal Allocation Strategy of Army General Equipment Maintenance and Support Resources Under Information-based Condition

针对陆军通用装备维修保障资源配置存在的问题,分析了装备维修保障面临的形势任务,从装备维修保障资源整体和要素2个方面制定了信息化条件下装备维修保障资源优化配置策略,并提出了构建陆军通用装备维修保障资源四级优化配置模型的构想,为制定陆军通用装备维修保障资源优化配置标准体系提供借鉴。

Aiming at issues in army general equipment maintenance and support resources alloca-tion,the paper analyses current situation and tasks of equipment maintenance and support,proposes an equipment maintenance and support resources optimal allocation strategy both entirety and ele-ments aspects under the information age,and puts forward a conceive to construct a four ranks model of army general equipment maintenance and support resources optimal allocation.The research pro-vides theoretic guide for development of a standard system for army general equipment maintenance and support resources optimal allocation.
