摘要
本文从缄默知识的角度阐释了教师缄默知识的特征,分析了教师"青蓝工程"实施过程中面临的困境,并从教师缄默知识的视角出发提出四方面对策:搭建教师教学反思平台,促成教师个性化发展;完善评价考核机制,实现教师和谐共生的良性互动;组建学习共同体,鼓励师徒教师互惠共赢;聚焦师徒管理新定位,凸显教师自主发展意识。
This article explains the traits of knowledge and analyzes the specific predicaments teachers" tacit knowledge from the angle of tacit during the process of apprenticeship. Based on the perspective of teachers" tacit knowledge, the article also comes up with four kinds of countermeas- ures. Firstly, to set up teachers" reflection platform and improve teachers" individual development. Secondly, to complete appraisal mechanism and realize the teachers'harmonious interaction. Third- ly, to build up the learning community to encourage teachers and help each other. Fourthly, to focus on the new orientation of apprenticeship management and make teachersj self- development prominent.
