摘要
为了对机舰适配性提供技术支持,文章研究了舰载机暖机对航母舰岛的热作用影响。首先,采用CATIA软件,建立航母与舰载机的3D数字样机;其次,采用Fluent软件,基于标准k-ε方程的湍流模型和三维N-S方程的控制理论,对航母与舰载机系统的数字样机进行CFD数值模拟,数值模拟了甲板风和燃气流相互作用和热交换作用下对舰岛的影响,并得出航母流场流线图、速度云图、动压云图和温度云图。数值模拟结果表明:暖机时,舰载机发动机的燃气流对舰岛及周边设备影响很大;最后,提出参考建议:舰岛及附近设备应进行抗热性能改进以满足暖机要求,人员禁止进入燃气流影响到的高温区域。
To provide technical support for aircraft carrier suitability, thermal coupling effect between the island and the warming-up carrier-based aircraft was proposed. A 3D digital mock-up of a carrier and aircrafts was established in CA- TIA, and a CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) numerical simulation was calculated based on k-a two-equation turbu- lent mode and Navier-Stokes equation. Considering the impact of the coupling and heat exchange between wind and com- bustion-gas flow on the island, the simulation results included flow streamline distribution, velocity distribution, pressure distribution and temperature distribution. The numerical simulation showed that the combustion-gas flow of the warming- up engines had great influence on the island the peripheral equipment. And the suggestion is that the island and peripheral equipment need to increase heat resisting property, and people are prohibited from entering the high temperature area.
