瑞舒伐他汀序贯治疗对急性冠脉综合征患者血清缺血修饰清蛋白、C反应蛋白、髓过氧化物酶的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀对急性冠脉综合征(acute coronary syndrom,ACS)患者炎症反应及心肌缺血的影响。方法将84例ACS随机分为两组,每组42例,两组均进行常规治疗,对照组加用阿托伐他汀,观察组给予瑞舒伐他汀序贯治疗,于用药前、用药1周、4周、8周分别检测血清缺血修饰清蛋白(IMA)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、髓过氧化物酶(MPO)变化,并检测血脂变化,观察6个月内心血管不良事件发生率。结果两组用药后8周血脂水平较用药前均显著改善,但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);用药4周、8周后观察组IMA、MPO、CRP浓度低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组心血管不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论瑞舒伐他汀序贯治疗降脂作用显著,并可发挥心肌保护作用,减少心血管不良事件发生率,这可能与下调IMA、CRP、MPO浓度有关。 Objective To investigate the response of rosuvastatin and myocardial ischemia (ACS) in patients with acute cor- onary syndrome inflammation. Methods 84 cases of ACS patients were randomly divided into two groups (42 cases in each group). Two groups underwent conventional treatment, in addition to the control group was treated with atorvastatin and experimental group re- ceived sequential therapy with rosuvastatin. The serum ischemia modified albumin (IMA) , C-reactive protein (CRP) , myeloperoxi- dase (MPO) were detected before medication, medication 1 weeks, four weeks, eight weeks respectively. The changes in lipids and cardiovascular adverse events were observed within 6 months incidence. Results Lipid levels in the two groups after treatment were significantly improved than in eight weeks before the medication, but the difference between groups was not statistically significant (P 〉0.05). MPO, CRP concentrations in the experimental group IMA significant changed than in the control group after 4 weeks, 8 weeks ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The cardiovascular adverse events occurred lower in the experimental group than in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Sequential treatment with rosuvastatin significantly decreased effect and play myocardial protection, reduce the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events, which may be reduced IMA, CRP, MPO concentration.
