摘要
以GB/T 14272-2011《羽绒服装》标准为检验依据,针对添加蓬松剂的羽绒特征进行探讨,介绍混入大量粉碎毛下脚料的羽绒羽毛经蓬松剂处理后羽绒水润性、残脂率、回弹性等发生的改变,经过实验对比得出鉴别结论,对今后羽绒羽毛蓬松度检测具有一定的指导作用。
Based on GB/T 14272-2011 ＂Down Feather Garment＂ standard, discuss on the characteristics of down feather with fluffy agent, introduce the difference of water moist property, residual fat rate and rebound elasticity between normal down feather and off-cut down feather with fluffy agent. Results show that, off-cut down feather with fluffy agent has shorter water moist, higher residual fat rate and bad rebound elasticity. Experiment method can also be used to test the filling power of down feather.
