摘要
为促进学生个性化学习方法的形成和增强学生英语自主学习能力,教师和学生均须转变角色,转变为:领路人、策略规划者、提供资源者、促进者、帮助者、评价者。本文认为,转变角色的目的是激发学生内在学习动机,增强学生自主学习能力,养成终身学习理念,以适应生成型、开放型知识社会发展的新要求,教师应转变观念,立足实践以多种方法提高学生自主学习意识,在培养过程中,由于学生元认知及自我监控能力未发展完善,教师的指导和监控作用不可或缺。
The roles of teachers and students need to be converted in order to promote the formation of students' individual learning methods and strengthen English autonomous learning ability, and teachers should be converted into some roles as follows: navigator, strategy planner, resources provider, promoter&facilitator, and evaluator. This paper argues that the converted role is to stimulate students' in- trinsic motivation and strengthen the students' ability for autonomous learning, and the idea of lifelong learning should be cultivated to adapt to the new requirements of generated and open knowledge the socie- ty in development. Teachers should change their concepts to improve the students' awareness of autono- mous learning based on the practice in various ways, and in the practical process, the guiding and monito- ring role of teachers are indispensable due to the students meta - cognition and self - control ability is not perfect.
