国家土地核查中执法图件的编制

The Compilation of Law Enforcement Maps in National Land Verification

国家级土地核查项目是由国土资源部组织、中国土地勘测规划院实施的一项国家级项目,其主要目的是核实每年度地方变更调查成果的真实性与准确性,同时为国家执法监督检查提供准确的数据成果和图件成果。本文叙述图件编绘的内容、要求和设计等,以便建立一套用GIS软件批量制作执法图件的技术流程,提高工效,并为类似工作提供参考。

The national Land verification project is organized by Ministry of Land and Resources , and implemented by China Land Surveying and Planning Institute .It′s main purpose is to verify the accuracy and truth of the annual land change survey accomplished by local government , as well as to provide accurate data and map achievements for the national supervision and inspection of law en -forcement.This paper narrates the contents , demands and designs in the Compilation of Law Enforcement Maps and so on ,in order to establish a set of technical processes using the GIS software to make Law Enforcement Maps , to improve the efficiency of operations , and to provide reference for similar operations .
