Work situation of port wharf seamen reflects the service quality and management level of port.Now,the seamen are not familliar with their profession,difficult to language communication,low service quality. They must raise their safety idea,operating ability,foreign language level and service quality without intermission,in order to raise market competition ability of their ports,to connect with international shipping market and suit to the requirements after join WTO.
